Annual Report Filing
We prepare and submit your company's annual report to the state on your behalf, after you review and approve every detail.
Most LLCs and corporations must file an annual or periodic report with the state where they are registered to confirm or update their information and stay in good standing. Requirements, deadlines, and state fees vary by state. We start from your company's current public record, collect any changes from you, prepare the report, and submit it once you approve it.
What's included
- Lookup of your entity's current state record using your company name or state file number
- Preparation of the annual report with your principal and mailing addresses, registered agent, officers, managers or members, and, where the state asks for it, your Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Updates to any of that information you ask us to include in the same filing
- A plain-language summary for you to review and approve before anything is submitted
- Submission to the state's business filing office, online wherever the state offers it
- Your filing confirmation and a copy of the filed report sent to you by email
Available for limited liability companies (LLCs) and corporations registered in any of the 50 states. In most states, an annual report cannot change a company's name; a name change requires a separate amendment.
