We want you to be confident using Biz Filing Renewal. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Before your filing is submitted
If you cancel your order before we submit your filing to the state, you are eligible for a full refund of the amounts you paid us, including any state fee collected for that filing.
2. After your filing is submitted
Once a filing has been submitted to the state, state fees are paid to the state and generally cannot be refunded by us. Our service fee is also non-refundable after submission, except as described below.
3. Our errors
If a filing is rejected or contains an error because of a mistake on our part, we will correct and resubmit it at no additional service charge, or refund our service fee if correction is not possible.
4. State rejections
If the state rejects a filing because of information you provided or approved, we will work with you to correct it. Additional state fees may apply.
5. Ongoing services
For ongoing services such as registered agent service or compliance monitoring, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Fees for the current service period are not prorated unless required by law.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@bizfilingrenewal.com with your name, company name, and order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
